Agreement and operator

Appy Labs, LLC operates Fingir. You can contact us at support@fingir.app. Last updated: October 17, 2026. These terms apply to your use of the Fingir website and, when available, its services. The iPhone app is still in development. App features and purchases depend on availability and the disclosures you see at purchase. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Eligibility and the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Fingir is intended to help adults understand messages, draft replies, and practice conversations. It is not a dating or messaging platform and does not contact other people for you. The website's examples are fictional demonstrations. They are not live AI responses.

AI limitations and your decisions

AI suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They cannot tell you what another person thinks or feels, or predict their response. Practice is a simulation. Fingir does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice. It is not an emergency service. Review each suggestion and decide whether to edit, send, or ignore it. We do not guarantee a reply, romantic outcome, or relationship result.

Respectful and lawful use

Use Fingir lawfully and respect other people's consent, privacy, and boundaries. Do not use it for harassment, stalking, threats, impersonation, coercion, exploitation, fraud, nonconsensual intimate content, or sexual content involving minors. Do not use it to get around someone's refusal or request to stop contact. Do not upload material you have no right to process, interfere with security, bypass usage restrictions, or misuse the service. We may refuse unsafe requests or restrict access for misuse, consistent with applicable law.

Your content

You keep your rights in the content you provide. You give us only the permission needed to process it for the feature you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and any specific consent. Do not submit unnecessary identifying or sensitive information about other people. You are responsible for reviewing content and respecting third-party rights. AI outputs may not be unique. Applicable law may limit their ownership or use.

Subscriptions and payment

When purchases become available, Apple will process iOS in-app payments. Before you confirm, the purchase screen will show the product, price, billing period, included credits, and any offer conditions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Fingir does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Your access continues for the paid term, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.

Credits and usage

We plan to offer subscriptions and standalone credit packs. We will show the quantity and price before purchase. You do not need a subscription to spend purchased credits. We intend all granted credits to accumulate without expiry and stay usable after a subscription ends. New subscription grants stop when the paid entitlement ends. We plan to deliver annual subscription allowances in monthly installments during the paid year. Canceling renewal does not forfeit installments owed within that year.

The planned cost is one credit for each successful analysis, follow-up, set of three reply suggestions, refinement of one suggestion, or practice turn. Manual editing and copying are free. Bounded practice hints and final feedback are included. Technical failures, refusals, and retries must not create extra charges. Credits pay for Fingir services. They are not transferable cash and cannot be redeemed for money unless the law requires it. Verified refunds or purchase revocations may require us to adjust related credits. Those adjustments are separate from ordinary subscription expiry.

Restoring purchases and refunds

When available, use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account you used for the original purchase. Recovering purchases and credits does not restore on-device conversations. If a purchase or balance is missing, contact support. Apple handles App Store refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple and applicable law determine refund eligibility. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.

Privacy and availability

Our Privacy Policy explains website processing and the planned app data practices. Features may need a network connection. Maintenance, outages, or provider interruptions may make them unavailable. We may update the service. Changes do not remove rights tied to an already-paid entitlement or other rights protected by law. If service changes affect outstanding purchases, contact support for an appropriate resolution under applicable law.

License, warranties, and responsibility

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Fingir as these terms permit. Applicable intellectual-property rights protect Fingir's name, website, software, and design. Except for rights and warranties that the law does not allow us to exclude, we provide the service as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or suitability for every purpose. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on AI suggestions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law protects, including mandatory consumer protections.

Apple's application license

For an iOS app obtained through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the application license unless App Store Connect expressly provides a different license. These service terms supplement that license. They do not replace Apple's mandatory terms. Apple does not provide Fingir's coaching service.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service develops. We will update the date and give notice of material changes as required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already gained. Send questions, complaints, purchase issues, and safety reports to support@fingir.app through our Support page. Mandatory rights and protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
