Email support@fingir.app for help in English or Turkish. Appy Labs, LLC operates Fingir. Tell us what happened and what you expected. For a technical problem, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that caused it, if relevant. Do not send private conversations, unredacted screenshots, passwords, or full card information. We can start investigating without the other person's identity.
Can I download Fingir?
Fingir is still in development for iPhone. This website previews the planned experience. There is no public App Store download yet. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and older, with support in English and Turkish.
Find a missing purchase or credits
When the app becomes available, check that you are using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Then try Restore Purchases in Fingir. If a purchase or balance is still missing, email us the purchase date, product name, and Apple receipt or transaction reference. Remove unrelated personal or payment details first. Do not buy the same item again just to fix a missing balance. Restoring purchases does not restore local conversations.
Cancel a subscription
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Fingir and choose Cancel Subscription if shown. You can also follow Apple's cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Canceling renewal generally preserves the term you have already paid for. Remaining granted credits do not expire just because the subscription ends.
Request a refund
For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with the Apple Account you used to purchase and follow Apple's refund process. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law. Email us separately if you need help with a technical problem or credit balance.
Request access, correction, or deletion
Email us with the subject "Fingir privacy request" and tell us what you want to access, correct, or delete. We may need to verify the request. The planned app stores conversation content on your device. We cannot retrieve local conversations we do not hold. Billing records are separate. We may need to keep them for outstanding credits, reconciliation, or legal obligations. Removing the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Report an unsafe or inappropriate answer
Email us with the subject "Fingir safety report". Describe the issue and include the app version, approximate time, and any non-content error or request reference you have. Do not send private messages or identify the other person. A description is enough to start investigating. Fingir is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Before you use a suggestion
Fingir's suggestions are drafts. Simulated practice cannot predict a real person's response. Review advice before relying on it, respect boundaries, and decide what to send yourself. Read our Terms of Use for more about the service.
